How orders work

All Zentera orders are pre-orders. This means your item does not exist on a shelf waiting to be picked — it is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Every step of that process, from production through to packing and dispatch, is handled personally to ensure the quality you expect from Zentera.

Estimated delivery timeframe

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks from the date of your order to receive your item. This window accounts for production, quality checking, packing, and shipping to your address.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order at the earliest possible opportunity. The 3–5 week window is a maximum allowance, not a target — most orders are on their way sooner.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves us. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 weeks of ordering, please get in touch and we will look into it for you immediately.

Delays outside our control

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are in the hands of the courier. Zentera cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always do everything we can to help resolve any issues that arise.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zentera cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
